Founder Jennifer Rayle is a former special education teacher with 23 years experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities, including autism, Down Syndrome, intellectual disabilities, multiple handicaps, orthopedic impairments, communication delays, and behavior challenges. 

We help parents navigate the special education system, including assistance requesting an evaluation, classroom observations, reviewing assessments and reports, reviewing IEPs, assisting parents at meetings, and seeking alternate school placements. We empower parents to advocate for their children and support them through the process
